What is changing with my account?

Starting April 1, 2026, your account servicing will transition from Automotive Credit Corporation to Concord Servicing LLC. Your account number will stay the same, and there’s nothing you need to do—your account will continue without interruption.

DoI need to create a new online account?

No. You can continue using the same borrower portal and your existing login credentials—no re-registration required.

What can I do in the borrower portal?

You can view your account status, update your contact information, make one-time payments, enroll in recurring automated payments, and sign up for e-statements.

Will my autopay continue?

Yes. If you are currently enrolled in autopay, your payments will continue automatically with no action needed. Please note your April draft may be delayed by a day or two due to the servicing transfer, but it will still be applied based on your regular draft date.

What if I’m not enrolled in autopay?

We strongly encourage enrolling for convenience and to avoid missed payments. You can enroll by logging into the borrower portal or by contacting Customer Service.

Will I still receive my monthly statement?

Yes. Your current delivery preference (mail or email) will continue withoutinterruption.

What if I don’t receive my statement before my payment is due?

Please make your payment to avoid delays. The easiest option is to make a payment online through the borrower portal using your existing login credentials.

If you prefer to pay by mail, please make your check payable to Concord, include your Account ID, and send it to the payment address provided below.

Do I need to update my Bill Pay settings?

Yes. If you use a Bill Pay service, please update it for payments effective on or after April 1 to ensure payments are received and applied correctly. Use Concord as the payee, include your Loan Number, and use the payment address below.

Can I still make online payments the same way?

Yes. The way you previously made online payments will continue to work with no changes using the same portal and login credentials.

What happens if I send a payment to the previous servicer?

Any payments received by Automotive Credit Corporation on or after April 1 will beforwarded to Concord for processing. To help avoid any delays going forward, please be sure to update your payment instructions to send future payments directly to Concord.
