Yes. You can create an account by navigating to https://concordfinance.com/myaccountinfo and clicking “Manage my Account or Make a Payment”. 
This will route you to a login portal where you can create your account.

You can view your account status, update your contact information, make one-time payments, and enroll in recurring automated payments.

Scheduled payments established on or before May 13, 2026 will transfer to the new servicer and continue as scheduled. If a one-time or recurring payment was established after May 13, 2026, it will not transfer as part of the servicing transfer. Beginning July 1, 2026, you will need to contact the new servicer to set up future payments.

We strongly encourage enrolling for convenience, and to avoid missed payments. You can enroll by logging into the account portal or by contacting Customer Service.

Yes. Your current delivery preference (mail or email) will continue without interruption.

Please make your payment to avoid delays. The easiest option is to make a payment online through the account portal using your login credentials.

If you prefer to pay by mail, please make your check payable to Concord. Include your Account ID and send it to the payment address below.

Yes. If you use a Bill Pay service, please update it for payments effective on or after the servicing transfer to ensure payments are received and applied correctly. Use Concord as the payee, include your Loan Number, and use the payment address below.‍

Any payments received by the previous servicer on or after the servicing transfer will be forwarded to Concord for processing. To help avoid any delays going forward, please be sure to update your payment instructions to send future payments directly to Concord.
